EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us at support@nicandlesupplies.com before the withdrawal period expires.

Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods. We will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Please note the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, once opened after delivery (this includes wicks, waxes, and fragrances)
  • Clearance items

Our Standard Policy (all customers)

We all change our mind sometimes, which is why we provide a 'no quibble' money back guarantee for new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. The only thing you need to pay is the cost of returning the items to us.

The only exception to this policy is for wicks, waxes and fragrances, which cannot be returned due to safety reasons; and clearance items.

To return your item, simply complete the following steps:

  1. Login to your account via the icon in the top right corner of the screen or by clicking here.
  2. Click "return request" for the items you would like to return.
  3. Select a return reason and add a note explaining the reason for the return.
  4. Click "request return" and your return request will be sent for approval - please do not return the items until the return has been approved.

Once the return has been reviewed, we'll contact you with information on the next steps. After the product is received back, we'll arrange the refund for you.

If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we'll also pay the return shipping costs. Should this be the case, please email us via support@nicandlesupplies.com with the full details of the issue.
