- Final Sale and Cancellation
- All sales to trade account holders are final. The Buyer has no right to return goods or cancel orders once accepted by the Seller, except as provided in this clause.
- If the Buyer cancels an order in whole or in part prior to the Seller’s fulfilment or dispatch of the goods, the Buyer shall forfeit the 30% deposit paid on the order. The forfeited deposit shall be retained by the Seller as liquidated damages representing a genuine pre‑estimate of the Seller’s loss arising from administration, procurement and other costs incurred in preparing the order. The Seller may, at its discretion, offset any demonstrable additional costs directly caused by the cancellation against any amounts due to the Buyer.
- Transit Damage & Shortages
- The Buyer must inspect the goods immediately upon delivery. Any claim for items damaged in transit, short‑delivered, or faulty on arrival must be notified to the Seller in writing, accompanied by photographic evidence, within 48 hours of proof of delivery.
- Latent Defects
- For inherent manufacturing defects that could not be detected by a reasonable inspection on delivery, the Buyer must notify the Seller within 14 days of discovery.
- Remedies
- If a claim under clauses 2 or 3 is validated by the Seller, the Seller will, at its sole discretion, issue a replacement or a credit note. Refunds will not be issued. All liability for consequential loss or business interruption is strictly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Ordering Smaller Quantities
-
Your trade account gives you access to our bulk sizes and wholesale pricing. If you'd like to order smaller retail quantities from time to time, you have two options:
- Guest checkout — simply visit our store without logging in to your trade account and check out as a guest.
- Separate retail account — register a second account using a different email address for retail purchases, keeping your trade and retail order history separate.
-
We recommend using a separate email for retail if you plan to order both ways regularly — for example, using your personal email for retail and your business email for trade.
