Making the Switch: Your Questions Answered

How is the switching rebate calculated and when is it issued?

Your rebate is calculated based on your annualised spending projection and is issued as store credit after your first three months of shopping with us.

How it works: When you onboard, you select your estimated annual spend to set your initial rebate tier.
The 3-Month Review: At the 90-day mark, we look at your actual spend. To secure your projected rebate, your 3-month spend should reflect approximately 25% of your estimated annual total.
The Adjustment: If your production needs change and your 3-month spend is lower than expected, don't worry; you still get a rebate! We will simply adjust your store credit to match your updated, realistic annual spending tier.

How easy is it to transition my existing recipes to your supplies?

Very straightforward. We provide safety data sheets (SDS) and CLP templates for all of our fragrances.

Matching Existing Scents: If you need help matching a specific scent profile or wax performance from your previous supplier, our onboarding specialist can guide you to the best match in our range.

Bespoke Scent Creation: If you want to take your brand to the next level during this transition, we can assist with bespoke, custom scent creation. This premium service is available to partners committing to orders of 25kg or more of a single custom fragrance.

Are there really no customs fees or hidden duties for EU/Ireland orders?

Absolutely none. Because we ship directly from our dedicated warehouse, all orders delivered to the UK, Ireland, and mainland Europe are 100% customs-free. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

Do you offer volume discounts for large-scale production?
