Customs Charges

WE ARE LOCATED IN NORTHERN IRELAND AND REMAIN PART OF THE EU FOR CUSTOMS PURPOSES. VAT WILL BE CHARGED AT CHECKOUT (UNLESS YOU HAVE AN EU VAT NUMBER), BUT THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES PAYABLE FOR DUTIES OR TAXES ON DELIVERY WHEN SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND EUROPEAN UNION.

Should you be asked to pay additional charges on arrival, please stop and contact us immediately with your order number; so that we can assist. We are unable to reimburse additional charges if they are paid by yourself.

FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE THE UK AND EU -Any duty or taxes payable upon arrival into the destination country are the responsibility of the importer. Please check with Customs locally to ensure the products you wish to order are allowed to be imported into your country before placing an order with us. Failure to do so will result in the goods being returned to ourselves and all additional shipping costs will be deducted from any refund issued.

Order Despatch &
Free Shipping

All orders are despatched in the order they are received during our business hours, Monday to Friday. Delivery times are calculated from the date of despatch and are intended as a guide only — no service is offered on a guaranteed delivery-time basis. Please allow additional time during peak periods (bank holidays, Christmas, Easter, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.) or in the event of severe weather, as these may delay delivery.

For deliveries of fragrance oils only (mixed orders do not qualify), the following shipping offers are applied automatically at checkout when the conditions below are met. All thresholds are before VAT.

Northern Ireland & Mainland UK — Half‑price shipping on orders of £60 or more; free shipping on orders of £120 or more.
Republic of Ireland — Half‑price shipping on orders of £80 or more; free shipping on orders of £150 or more.
European Union — Up to 50% off shipping on orders of €300 or more; discount capped at €8.

Unfortunately, mixed orders (products other than fragrance oils combined with oils) do not qualify for these offers.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs vary depending on your location, weight and number of boxes required to ship your goods.

We offer a shipping calculator on the cart page, so that you can calculate your shipping costs before starting the checkout process.

You are welcome to arrange your own courier if you wish. To arrange this, please place your order selecting collection and include a note that your courier will collect. We will contact you with the dimensions and weight of the parcels once packed to allow you to contact your courier and book the collection.

Local Collection

We love to say hi to our customers! If you are based on the island of Ireland and would like to collect your order, select 'pickup in store' and follow these steps:

Within Northern Ireland: our warehouse details should appear automatically, but if not; follow the ROI steps below.

From the ROI: select 'change my location', enter your country as United Kingdom and type BT34 3FN into the address box and then hit 'find stores' and our warehouse details will appear.

Collection times: Monday to Wednesday & Friday - 9am to 2pm. Please wait for our email before calling down to collect.

General Shipping Information

United Kingdom - Orders under 2kgs

All orders under 2kgs within the UK are sent via Royal Mail, tracked service. Please select Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 at checkout depending on your requirements.

Please note Royal Mail deliver Monday to Saturday only.

United Kingdom - Orders over 2kgs

Northern Ireland via DPD - 1-2 working day transit

Mainland UK via DPD - 2-3 working day transit

Scottish Highlands & Islands via DPD - 3-4 working day transit

Please note DPD deliver Monday to Friday only.

Should you require Saturday delivery, a surcharge will apply where this service is available - please contact us to arrange.

European Union - All orders

Republic of Ireland via DPD - 1 to 2 working days for delivery.

European Destinations - carrier varies depending on weight - delivery timeframe shown at checkout.

Please note deliveries are made Monday to Friday only.

Restrictions on the volume of liquids that can be shipped internationally may apply, please contact us for specifics pertaining to your country before ordering.

Rest of the World - All orders

We offer Worldwide fast delivery with DHL Express.

Your order will be sent with the On Demand Delivery (ODD) Service.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification from DHL EXPRESS.

DHL ODD notifies you by email and/or SMS about your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery date/time.
