How to become a member
Joining the NI Candle Supplies Rewards program is straightforward. Look for the white present icon with a dark green background in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen on our website. Clicking this will open up NI Rewards where you can immediately see the option to ‘Become a Member’. As you scroll, you'll discover various ways to earn and redeem your Scents and learn how referrals can boost your rewards.
To sign up, simply click ‘Join Now’. You’ll be redirected to the sign-up page, where you'll enter your first name, last name, email address, and create a secure password. You also have the option to join our mailing list for updates on business insights, new products, and blogs.
Once you sign up, you’ll receive a confirmation email confirming your account is set up. You can view your account details by clicking ‘My Account’ at the top right-hand corner of the screen. Return to the NI Rewards button to access your rewards account.

What are Scents?
‘Scents’ are the points you earn every time you shop with us or engage in promotional activities. These points accumulate and can be converted into vouchers to use on future purchases, making every order with NI Candle Supplies even more rewarding.
How to earn Scents
Joining NI Rewards instantly credits 200 Scents to your account as a thank you for signing up. For every £1 you spend, you’ll earn 3 Scents ensuring every purchase rewards you generously.
Here’s how you can rack up more Scents with our updated rewards for actions:
- Like our Facebook Page or follow our Instagram to earn 100 Scents (increased from 20).
- Share our Facebook posts to earn 50 Scents monthly (previously 40 Scents and once only).
- Register your birthday with us and receive 200 Scents (a significant jump from 20 Scents).
How to spend Scents
We've also updated how you can turn your Scents into savings; our rewards tiers will be as follows:
- 500 Scents now gets you a £5 discount on orders over £30.
- 1,000 Scents earns you a £10 discount on orders over £60.
- 2,500 Scents secures a £25 discount on orders over £120.
These changes help strike a balance for a rewarding and sustainable program to ensure we are able to continue to thank you for your loyalty through discounts that make a difference.

Stay tuned for Double Points Days and other special promotions that we host throughout the year, where you can earn double Scents for every pound you spend.
