Trade Account Returns & Liability Terms

1. Final Sale: All sales to trade account holders are final. The Buyer has no right to return goods or cancel orders once accepted by the Seller, except as provided in this clause.

2. Transit Damage & Shortages: The Buyer must inspect the goods immediately upon delivery. Any claim for items damaged in transit, short-delivered, or faulty on arrival must be notified to the Seller in writing, accompanied by photographic evidence, within 48 hours of proof of delivery.

3. Latent Defects: For inherent manufacturing defects that could not be detected by a reasonable inspection on delivery, the Buyer must notify the Seller within 14 days of discovery.

4. Remedies: If a claim under clauses 2 or 3 is validated by the Seller, the Seller will, at its sole discretion, issue a replacement or a credit note. Refunds will not be issued. All liability for consequential loss or business interruption is strictly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
