Our Scent Nook at NI Candle Supplies is a cosy, appointment-only space where you can smell our full range of fragrance oils and explore products up close. Slots are limited, so we can give each visitor personalised time and keep the nook comfortable.
What to expect:
A warm, intimate space dedicated to fragrance discovery. Each appointment lasts 30 minutes and is designed for a relaxed, distraction-free experience. You will be able to smell every fragrance oil we stock and view product samples and packaging options.
Who it's for:
Makers, small-batch businesses, gift buyers, or anyone choosing scents for candles, melts, diffusers, or bath and body. Please note the Scent Nook is intentionally very cosy and set up for one person at a time to ensure a relaxed, focused experience — if you need to visit with someone else, book an additional adjacent 30‑minute slot and notify us in advance.
Ordering & Payment:
Orders can be placed on our iPad or via your phone using our secure guest Wi‑Fi. We accept card and contactless payments only; no cash. Options for local collection or delivery will be offered at checkout.
- Appointment length: 30 minutes per booking.
- No walk-ins: appointments only.
- Maximum capacity: 1 person per slot (please notify us if you need an exception).
- Payment: card/contactless only (no cash).
- Cancellation: please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
- Photo & images: we may use photos of the space for our website; personal photos of visitors will not be used without permission.
- Accessibility: the nook is on the ground floor. If you have access needs, please tell us when booking, and we will do our best to accommodate.
- Allergies & sensitivities: many fragrance oils are strong. If you have scent sensitivities, asthma or chemical intolerances, please contact us before booking so we can advise or make adjustments.
DO I NEED TO BOOK?
Yes — we’re appointment-only. Booking helps us keep the nook cosy and gives you our full attention.
HOW LONG IS EACH APPOINTMENT?
Each visit is 30 minutes — plenty of time to relax, explore our scents and product range, then decide what you’d like.
CAN I BRING SOMEONE WITH ME?
The Scent Nook is purposely very cosy and set up for one person at a time. If you’d like company, please book an extra adjacent 30‑minute slot and let us know when you book.
CAN I SMELL EVERY FRAGRANCE OIL?
Absolutely — you can sample our entire fragrance oil range during your appointment.
CAN I ORDER IN PERSON?
Yes — you can place your order via our website during your visit using our dedicated iPad or on your phone via our secure guest Wi‑Fi.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We take card and contactless payments only — sorry, we are unable to accept cash.
WHAT IF I'M SENSITIVE TO SCENTS OR PREGNANT?
Thanks for checking — please get in touch before booking so we can advise and make adjustments where possible.
CAN I RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL MY BOOKING?
If you need to change or cancel, please tell us at least 24 hours before your slot. Bookings can be rescheduled twice via your confirmation email.
