We all change our mind sometimes, which is why we provide a ‘no quibble’ money back guarantee. To return your item, simply complete the following steps:

Ensure the item is in its original packaging.Pack the item securely and post the item to NI Candle Supplies, Unit 7A, Milltown Industrial Estate, Greenan Road, Warrenpoint, BT34 3FN, United Kingdom.

We’re always happy to provide a full refund for new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. The only exception to this policy is for wicks, waxes and fragrances, which cannot be returned due to safety reasons.

Once we receive the item, you will receive a confirmation email and should receive your refund within four weeks. In many cases you will receive a refund more quickly, dependent on the speed of processing by your bank.

If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we'll also pay the return shipping costs. Should this be the case, please email us via support@nicandlesupplies.co.uk with the full details of the issue.
