What's Happening

  • The NI Rewards loyalty programme closed for earning points on 19 December 2025.
  • Existing points and loyalty vouchers will remain valid for a further 12 months after the closure date and must be redeemed by 19 December 2026.
  • This programme has been replaced by our NI Inner Circle programme.

Introducing the NI Inner Circle: A Positive Change for Our Community

We’re excited to share some positive changes at NI Candle Supplies as we transition from the NI Rewards programme to the new NI Inner Circle programme.

This initiative is designed to reward your loyalty and feedback in a sustainable and balanced way for everyone. Over the past year, we've worked hard to absorb rising costs, but to ensure we can continue serving you reliably for years to come, these adjustments are necessary.

We appreciate your understanding and look forward to continuing our journey together with the NI Inner Circle programme!

What This Means for Your NI Rewards

  • Earning points: You stopped earning points on 19 December 2025.

  • Redeeming points: You can continue to redeem points for vouchers (and redeem those vouchers) until 19 December 2026. After that date, any unused points or vouchers will expire.

  • How to redeem: Redemption works as it does now — there are no changes to the redemption process.

  • Nothing will be removed overnight: you have a full 12 months from programme closure to use any rewards you’ve already earned.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will I stop earning points?

NI Rewards points closed on 19 December 2025. Purchases made on or before that date continued to accrue points as normal; purchases made after that date no longer earn NI Rewards points.

Can I still redeem NI Reward vouchers with the points I have?

Yes — you can redeem existing points for vouchers and use those vouchers until 19 December 2026. All redeemed vouchers and any points not converted into vouchers must be used by that date; after 19 December 2026 any remaining points and vouchers will expire and will no longer be valid.

Do I redeem NI Reward points in the same way?

Yes — the redemption process remains unchanged. You can convert points to vouchers and apply vouchers at checkout exactly as you do now. If you need help redeeming, contact us at support@nicandlesupplies.com.
